Large 3 Bedroom 2 Storey Home in a fantastic Whitby area. Close to 401, shopping and bus routes. You will have a large bedroom with good sized closet and then we will share two bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom. I plan to use the 3rd bedroom as an office that we can share as well. The house has a large backyard with great BBQ deck and mature trees. You can move in on May 30th. 800 per month plus 1/3 of the utilities. I am a Pharmaceutical Rep and will be away almost all weekends in the spring, summer and fall. Non-smokers only. Willing to discuss pets.
