The Content Development Intern will be responsible for content development for the Capacity Project’s HRH Clearinghouse, monitoring a set of known sources (including websites, databases and listservs) to identify new resources for the HRH Clearinghouse; performing searches for content on specific topics; using a taxonomy and tagging system to catalog resources; refining the Clearinghouse categorization scheme; uploading resources onto the Clearinghouse; maintaining and refining an internal resource tracking system; managing the copyright permission process for Clearinghouse resources; and administrative duties. Requirements include excellent internet and database searching skills; experience or interest in databases, international health development and/or solo librarianship; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
